Customer Service Assistant with Italian, French and English

EmpleoAs a Customer Service Assistant with Italian + French and English your main responsabilities would be:
1. Coordinates the complete order process from receipt through shipment and tracking
2. Maintains customer master data and order forms, and assists with pricing records on the ERP system.
3. Replies to inquiries from customers regarding products and services, and processes requests for product samples, spare parts and literature in accordance with Sales Representatives/Managers.
4. Provides sales and clerical support to Sales Team.
5. Performs telemarketing duties by contacting existing distributors, dealers, OEMs and customers regarding promotions.
6. Contacts potential end users to follow-up sales leads, and reports findings to Sales Managers, distributors or dealers. Maintains customer database and reviews customer mailing material to ensure the accuracy of all information.
7. Performs internet research on potential clients and competitors.
8. Assists with the preparation of proposals, sales reports, statistics and customer presentations as required.
9. Represents Company at trade shows including assisting in both set up/tear down, recording leads and providing product information, as directed by the Sales Managers.
10. Performs clerical tasks such as filling, posting, tabulating, typing and sorting, and maintains owned scorecard KPI’s.
11. Actively supports Quality Objectives and contribute to Quality Management System as assigned.
12. Performs other duties as assigned by the Customer Service Sales Support Manager.
-Excellent level of French + Italian and English
-Good level of Spanish
-Exceptional communication skills;
-Detail-oriented and have excellent customer service, organizational and follow-up skills
-Problem solving;
-Sense of responsibility;
-Available to work full-time (40 h/week)
-Trade show experience preferred; must have the ability to travel occasionally on an as-needed basis.
-In possession of a valid work-permit for Spain (if required).
